Return & Refund Policy 

Our return and refund policies may vary depending on the product. Please check the specific return period stated in each product description before placing your order. Thank you! 

Return Window 

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Some items may have a 14-day return period. Please refer to the product description for accurate information. If the return period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for Returns - To be eligible for a return: 

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Do not send items back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through us as the main vendor. 

For STAYPROTECH-branded products: 

The return process is simple and hassle-free. Once we receive the item back, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. 

Return Process: 

Contact us at admin.info@stayprotech.com to initiate a return. For most items, we will provide a free return label or QR code to be used at the post office — no printer required in most cases. Some items may require you to post the return manually. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 2–3 working days. 

International Returns: 

We accept returns from overseas buyers. Please email us at admin.info@stayprotech.com to request the return address. International customers are responsible for return postage costs. 

Late or Missing Refunds - If you haven’t received your refund: 

Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay. If you've completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at admin.info@stayprotech.com. 

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at admin.info@stayprotech.com, and we will guide you through the process.
