Our store’s main products are proudly branded under our own name STAYPROTECH. All STAYPROTECH items are stocked, dispatched, and shipped directly from the United Kingdom for fast and reliable delivery. Occasionally, you may come across items fulfilled by our trusted partner brands. In such cases, the product may arrive with a different brand logo, but rest assured, every item we offer meets our strict standards for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Our shipping policies and delivery times vary for each item. Please check the product description or the delivery estimate at checkout to confirm the expected shipping time of your order. Thank you!
For UK Local Buyers:
Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be dispatched the same working day! Your order will ship FREE via Yodel, DPD, UPS, Hermes, Royal Mail Group, or one of our partner couriers, such as AMZ. Most deliveries arrive next day, including Sundays, otherwise within 1–3 working days, especially for large and heavy items (except during Bank Holidays).
Although we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, some items you may like are only available from warehouses outside the UK. In these cases, delivery may take a little longer due to customs clearance and paperwork, so please check shipping time on the product page or during checkout before placing your order.
Note: To make delivery more efficient and quicker across the UK, STAYPROTECH LTD has partnered with respected logistics companies, so your parcel may arrive with a different company logo. Thank you for your understanding.
For International/Overseas Buyers:
Items are dispatched the same day and shipped via Royal Mail International or our other partnered international couriers. Delivery times will vary depending on your country and location.
