Shipping & Delivery Policy

At STAYPROTECH, we aim to provide a fast, reliable and straightforward delivery experience. Most products available in our store are proudly sold under our own STAYPROTECH brand. STAYPROTECH products are stocked, dispatched and shipped from the United Kingdom, helping us provide fast and dependable delivery to our UK customers. From time to time, we may also offer selected products supplied or fulfilled by our trusted partner brands. These products may arrive in packaging displaying a different brand or fulfilment company. Regardless of how an item is fulfilled, we carefully select the products offered through our store with quality, performance and customer satisfaction in mind.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery on eligible UK orders, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Orders placed before 8:00 PM on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day where the product is available for immediate dispatch.

Depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location, your order may be delivered by InPost/Yodel, DPD, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri, Amazon Logistics (AMZ), or another trusted delivery partner.

Some UK orders may arrive the next day, including some Sunday deliveries, depending on the courier and service available. Please allow approximately 1–3 working days for standard UK delivery, particularly for larger or heavier products.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, Bank Holidays, severe weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. The estimated delivery date shown on the product page or at checkout should always be checked before placing your order.

Same-Day Dispatch

Where available, orders received before our 8:00 PM cut-off time on working days will normally be prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, during weekends or on Bank Holidays will normally be processed on the next available working day.

Please note that same-day dispatch refers to when your order leaves the fulfilment location and does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.

Products Shipped from Outside the UK

Although most STAYPROTECH products are stocked and dispatched within the UK, selected products may occasionally be fulfilled from a warehouse outside the United Kingdom. These products may require additional delivery time due to international transportation, customs processing or other import procedures.

Where this applies, please check the estimated delivery time shown on the product page or during checkout before placing your order.

Our Delivery Partners

To help provide efficient delivery throughout the UK, STAYPROTECH LTD works with a number of established logistics and fulfilment partners. For this reason, your parcel may arrive in packaging or through a courier displaying a company name or logo different from STAYPROTECH. This is completely normal and does not affect your purchase or your customer support. STAYPROTECH remains your point of contact for your order.

International & Overseas Delivery

We also offer international delivery on selected products and to eligible destinations.

International orders may be dispatched using Royal Mail International or one of our trusted international delivery partners. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, location, courier service, customs procedures and local delivery network.

Please refer to the estimated delivery information provided on the product page or at checkout before completing your purchase. International deliveries may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery dates and timeframes provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasional delays can occur after a parcel has been handed to the courier. If your order is significantly delayed or you experience a delivery problem, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate it with the relevant delivery partner.

Multiple Parcels

If your order contains several products, they may occasionally be dispatched from different fulfilment locations or by different delivery partners. This means your order may arrive in more than one parcel or on different days. You will not be charged additional delivery fees where your order qualifies for free delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery name, address and postcode are complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.
